    Hey everyone!!

Im feeling slightly rough this morning, had a good night last night though!! Trouble was i was drinking smirnoff ice, wine, pink lambrini,, vodka cherry stuff and its all mixed and left me feeling pretty excellent :p It was a good ball though, really nice wearing the masks and the heels!

Diet is out of the window. Had a mcdonalds yesterday just to be quick, and then it was a fry up this morning. Oh and the fatness of the alcohol! Today probably wont get much better either. On friday i didnt hit my stepper target so its really gone to pot this weekend!

The hotel we stayed in was well good. Had a corner bath! and big sash windows that looked out to sea (the sea was about 10 metres away) really cool. Nice and old.

Hope everyones having a good weekend. Now its time for boring dull boring old sunday. Bloody hate sundays. Anyway, speak soonies x

    Hi All.
Feeling a little better today..... weetabix and strawberrys for breakfast, banana as a snack, scrambled egg, salad, tiny bit of bacon and a piece of toast for lunch.

Not sure whats for dinner.... and the evenings are my bad time so I may go downhill from here!

    Well done Kit,

Your day is off to a good start!

    vizarooni,

Sounds like you had a great time! I love a sea view - that's the one major thing I miss about travelling in Oz - waking up every day to the sound of the sea. Don't worry about your weight this week - there's always next week!

Wendy not long until the first week is over, hang in there! I really hope you get a great result from this :) Hope the headache goes away soon.

Hi YoungBean! You can get plenty of good exercise without joining a gym. If you already like cycling that's perfect, because it's easy to incorporate that into your daily life for trips to the shop etc. If you do fancy the occasional gym session do you have a local leisure centre? It's £5.50 a pop at mine - much cheaper than an annual club membership if you're not going frequently.

Kittykat, brilliant loss! Whatever you're doing is certainly working!

Not much to report from here... calories will be slightly under 1400/day average for this week and I've exercised every day but only lightly this week. The maths say I am due a 1lb loss, I say it's looking like a STS or 0.25lb loss. Can you believe I've now been trying to lose the last 1.5lb for FOUR weeks! :rotfl:

kit, well done it's going good. I would suggest you plan your evening meal now so that you don't run out of time and feel hungry - that's my worst time when nothing is ready to eat and I need food - that's when I will eat something high fat/high sugar.

OMG - just ate a Mr T low fat incredibly fruity yog instead of my usual natural low fat you. It may well be low fat but for a 150g pot it has 130 cals and over 20g of sugar!!!!
Beware guys and gals things aren't always what they seem.

20g of sugar and 130 cals for a 150g pot certainly is not worth it!

I wasn't aware that MrT had a range of yoghurts :rotfl: Is the A-Team back on TV or something?
