ajax I'm on 23 units a day and am aiming for 2 ,5 unit meals , an 8 unit meal and the other 5 in ones and two's had a 2 slices toasted wholemeal bread with a skinless chicken breast watercress and a tbsp low cal mayo with a small yogurt to finish for lunch [ very tasty ] just got to get thru the afternoon without my chocky fix ,missyg thankx for the words of encouragement it means a lot.suggs I do exactly the same as you I still see myself as I was last year 5 stone plus heavier, and am always asking if people on the street or on tv are bigger or smaller than me ,and can't believe it if told I am smaller , just can't see it myself.

victory you maintainers are very important to me , it proves you can get there and stay there , I applaud you all , and small losses and gains are to be expected , and if you gain you deal with it , no-ones weight stays exactly the same , bodily fluctuations are to be expected . And WHEN I get there I shall expect rightly deserved praise if I lose more .AS the song says "did I ever tell you you're my hero " hugz

glad we had our hiccup sorted. I think ican see where efrieze was coming from - it seems unfair to be recording gains when you've hit target! It's like when little johnny comes home from school with an A and mummy wants to know why it's not an A*. But you seem to have sorted it now.

I'm feeling uch calmer today, boss is being uber nice which is always good. OH has headed off to wrexham to see about an event down there next year which would be nice.

Ajax is making a lot of noise down there, i think he's going to need a lie down soon.

vix, if you aren't averse to shopp9ingonline, try here for masks

cheap they ain't, but they're beautiful. I run into these guys a lot as they are traders on the re-enactment circuit.

yay for missy on getting her bra! HEas and HEbs are Healthy Extras. A is dairy, b is fibre. You are supposed to have 2 bs and up to 2 as every day on sw. gives you a bit of structure. thanks for the tip ajax. the fibre is quite important right now - as we got rained off at weekend i came home with a dozen eggs that I wasn't anticipating having. eggs again, I'll be bound! as my dad likes to say.

Just to put you in the pics I rocketed on weight with my 2 younger children and althought tried to lose the weight I have gone up and down, the most was 118 Kg but managed to go in the healthy weight diet (liquid) and lost 5st..... as I needed to get down to a BMI of 29 for a breast reduction. I got to 30, but the unhelful surgeon said that he would take me out of the list and I got so down that quickly all my hard work went I felt terrible. I really think that some doctors do not understand how hard it is to lose the weight and how a comment can get you so down.

I have now gone back to 105 Kg (acording to my GP today) I went to see her with regards to the breast reduction as (I saw her well I thought I went last November but in fact it was in April last year - my dad died in the summer and I work as a teacher so I never know when I can go and see a doctor! ) She knows of a surgeon that might operate on me without worrying about the BMI, I want to lose the weight but I don't want another stress on top of my other life stresses. ............. So I am happy and see that someone might be able to do something for me. great!

I hope you get your reduction. Ive met many women in my time, people who have had a reduction and who havent, the women who have have been so elated and happy with the results. Although, if you have a BMI of 30, surely alot of that in breast aswell? Considering the weight of boobs, they are heavy blighters and when you get up the reduction worthy level they must weigh alot and contribute to your BMI surely? Or am i being silly and that gets taken into account already?

    anyway, good luck with it!

Missgy: Glad you found a sports bra! Hope it is a 28 back else your dead :p

victory: I dont think what was sent was meant how it came out. Just like that last sentence! I do agree with what you said regarding the seperate thread. You maintainers are like a visual goal to the people who aer still losing, and what you offer everyone is cruicial to the success of others.

Im sure all the maintaners good losses will rub off on me eventually!! :rotfl:
