.... you just gotta decide which is more important, and only you know. Is there a realistic rugby position which suits the shape you want for the coming months? I say realistic cos you aint gonna be a full back at your age :)

Full Back!! dont make me laugh, you need to catch a ball and tackle people for that. For years I have walked around a rugby pitch on Saturday afternoons looking dazed and confused and every now and then I might get the ball in my hands!! Sometimes its the even the rugby ball!!

How can say it's silly to chase the poundage? It's a weight loss thread, we're all chasing the poundage :)

I know I meant me still chasing the next target, oh look theres a stone marker, oh look theres the half stone, oh look if I get to xx I will weigh under 100kg, that was what I was trying to say :)

....and that's how it came out!! It is entirely natural though, why would you NOT want to do that? It's the stock advice we roll out to everyone else after all, isn't it? Achievable targets, small steps, keep it simple and all that...

Hello everyone......... what a welcome.... I am really really pleased ... you all sound lovely. I am looking forward to the 5lb in June. :j:j:j

Just to put you in the pics I rocketed on weight with my 2 younger children and althought tried to lose the weight I have gone up and down, the most was 118 Kg but managed to go in the healthy weight diet (liquid) and lost 5st..... as I needed to get down to a BMI of 29 for a breast reduction. I got to 30, but the unhelful surgeon said that he would take me out of the list and I got so down that quickly all my hard work went I felt terrible. I really think that some doctors do not understand how hard it is to lose the weight and how a comment can get you so down.

I have now gone back to 105 Kg (acording to my GP today) I went to see her with regards to the breast reduction as (I saw her well I thought I went last November but in fact it was in April last year - my dad died in the summer and I work as a teacher so I never know when I can go and see a doctor! ) She knows of a surgeon that might operate on me without worrying about the BMI, I want to lose the weight but I don't want another stress on top of my other life stresses. ............. So I am happy and see that someone might be able to do something for me. great!

I hope you can understand this ! I talk and talk sometimes.

So I need to lose at least 25kg to be on the right side for the operation if it were to take place. ..... I am in hope.

    5lb challenge bring it on!!!
