Wot no replies in 3 hours, was it something I said? :rotfl:

    I've been to the pool :D And did 100 x 25m lengths in 88 minutes... a new personal best :j :j :j

By my reckoning about a 700 cals burned session and I feel much, much better for that! Undid some of the damage from yesterday hopefully!

i do the recipe folder thing too dragon. I've been thinking about revamping further though - into sw red and green too. I like filing things, I'm a frustrated librarian, although oh says that given that I am happy to write on books i could never be one in real life.

missy i get tired just looking at your exercising. v impressive!

missyg: I used to get a float and kick with my legs really hard for as many lengths as i could manage. Now that feels like something else! Jelly legs all the way. Then do the same with your arms ect. I find its a really good way of splitting the session and working on certain parts of your body. Floating in the deep end is good aswell.

I have got two free tickets to the world series at silverstone! very excited!! Need to book a saturday off work now!

I bought a chopping board today for my bottom drawer. It was £4.80 with the megaday discount and my staff one. Im racking up all the stuff slowly!!

hope youre all having a good day :)

Lost 3.2lb last week, have now dropped through a stone barrier too. Yes I know I know I shouldn't be trying to lose weight, but the only thing that has changed is Im not playing rugby, Im eating the same, Im gyming it the same, I suppose I am having more salad but thats about it?

Anyways, I hope all good, nice to see missyg scared them all away three hours while swimming :D if you need any help with those bras just let me know. :D

    Hi everyone!

Spent day without little one (he's at childminder's). Told OH to leave me in bed - didn't wake up till gone 11! I must have been completely exhausted, I don't think I've slept that long since he was born! Still feel exhausted though, I think my body's taking a rare opportunity to have a break, so I'm leaving cyling today.

Went on scales this morning (well just morning anyway) and I'm finally down to 189lbs (13 1/2 stone) :j :j :j (lowest weight since giving birth). Will book hairdresser this weekend hopefully! Naext target is 186lbs (originally my end of June target, so I'm a bit ahead which is nice). Next treat is at 182lbs (13st). I hope to enrol on an ice skating course (will have to be careful to test first to make sure my jonts are ok, I might be being a little ambitious, so I will dust off my skates and try it out in the next couple of weeks. It's so nice to be getting back into doing all the things I used to do before I became virtually housebound!

missyg Wow, impressive with the swimming! I usually manage about 20 in 30mins (I don't like putting my head under water though so I guess my stroke has something to be desired!) Haven't been for ages, I should try and go at least once a week. Cycling's less hassle though! Might swap bike for horse for a couple of hours next week though!
