Hiya
Unsure if I am in the right place but I have stupidly forgot the pincode for my phone and have now locked it and need a PUK code, can anyone on here help me please. Its an old pone so I am reluctant to pone CS as I probably wont be able to remember the security question answers!!! TIA x
Unfortunately PUK codes are network only, if it's an old sim they can be pretty flexible asking alternative questions like last top up or numbers dialled.
If you are on O2, they have (or did have) a PUK page on the their website that anyone can use.====0 -
thank you I will give it a go!! x[STRIKE]

Has anybody come across a site for unlocking Nokia 2330 classic phones. The nokia link in this forum does not include this model.
Thank you0 -
Have you tried googling for 'unlocking Nokia 2330'?0
-
Yes I have, but given warnings on this sight I am concerned that the results may well be a scam, so hopefully someone can report a previous success from a reputable site.0
-
I'm almost certain the 2330 is not able to be unlocked free or via code generation (same with most newer Nokias).====0

Help!! i took my Samsung C3300 to be unlocked at a local shop on Saturday and they've killed my phone! now when it is turned on it just flashes up a black screen with the name of the phone then flashes off again, repeatedly. The guy said he had never had this happen with this phone before and said something about needing to download new software, but the cable for that was broken so could i bring it back today (monday). when i returned they still didn't have the cable, but i'm not sure if i want them to install new software anyway. The guy said he didn't know why it had happened and said the phone had been completely wiped. i queried the quality of downloading a new programme and he said it would be better that the original from my provider as it would be direct from Samsung....is this right?? the phone is only 2 mths old, or should i just ask for compensation for a new phone?0
