i have 2 barclaycards. one i got at the beg of 2013 which they initally declined to give me one but when i checked my creditreport they had put worng information on it when doing credit check.
I raised formal complaint and they offered me £50 - i said that was insufficent and they gave me another £50 whichi said i would accept on the proviso that the immediately corrected the incorrect data
they didnt change the data so i claimed another £50 compensation from them
4 months ago then aplied for a platinum card which they declined first i appealed and they granted me one. i had some further complaint about my account which they then dealt with and becuase they ignored my calls and gave me incorrect information they provided me with £150 compensation.
