Had email this morning saying they had canx my order (charlie chaplin and monty python). Just checked emails again and i have had dispatch notice for monty python sent at 19.30???????

Out of curiosity has anybody had a dispatch notice for charlie chaplin yet?

Interesting...what time did you place your order yesterday?

I placed three separate orders between 16:29 and 16:37 and though I've only had a cancellation e-mail for one of them, all three have vanished from my account.

Ah well.. :rolleyes:

I've just received a dispatch e-mail for my first (cancelled) order too! What on earth are they playing at?!

15:01 and 15:08. no transactions are showing on my account either. seems we will just have to wait and see what gets delivered.

well I received the cancellation email yesterday, BUT
just had a knock on the door and it was parcel force!

I have got Indiana Jones and the Monty Python Boxsets.

and there is an invoice/receipt which clearly shows the incorrect prices so that is what I have been charged.

hope everyone else has the same result

Parcelforce just arrived with my (sealed) Monty Python and Indiana Jones sets, only been charged the misprice, so very happy! By the way I ordered these at approx 16:30 on Thursday if that helps.

I got a cancelleation email for Die Hard - but it arrived this morning!

Funny thing is I ordered charlie chaplin serperately, and that order has been cancelled but no cancellation email.... oh well, got me die hard!
