Well after complaining and complaining I have recieved a total of £8 worth of gift vouchers!

I had two orders - one for an indiana jones trilogy and 3 monty pythons which has an order status of 'despatched' in my order history - this was my second order. My first order as a single indiana jones troligy which I paid for delivery for, and this order has disappeared on my order history. The 'despatched' order hasn't arrived yet.

After being fobbed off twice by email from Amazon about my orders (and how inconvenient it was that I had to re-order normal priced goods through no fault of my own!, still didn't get any vouchers though boohoo)

This morning at 7.25am I took delivery of

Annie/Oliver
Monty Python Box Set
Marx Brothers Box Set (and b****r me my mum doesn't want it! have to send it back now, wonder if they will refund me full price?????!!!!!!! )

Did really want the Indiana box set for my Bro but hey, never mind,
Just waiting for my 49p TV/DVD Recorder from Argos to watch them on now!

My order doesn't exist as far as "my account" sees it.

How do we stand with regards to the mis-price, can they re-charge us?

Perhaps they'll say "Please sir, can I have some more?"

Well, i ordered indiana & monty right at the start, thought i had got in before the masses as my order was processed then "disbatched". But, had an email from them a couple of days later saying "your recent order has been cancelled as pricing error". It didnt say which order, or which products were mispriced. They also dont give any contact details so you can find out!

Logging in on their website, my account is still showing my order, as disbatched.

So, im not sure now if my order has really been "disbatched" or not, but im assuming it hasnt.

Has anyone got a functioning email address for Amazon as my last complaint bounced back - I am more determined than ever to complain now that I know that some people have received their orders. Am I right in thinking it is only those who opted for immediate delivery (rather than the free, therefore later, service like I did) ?? I'd rather complain by email than by phone.

I ordered monty and indy with super saver (3 of each or something similar). i got a cancellation email for that order, but it already said dispatched. the money has gone from my card, so i presume it's on it's way...
had another order just mysteriously vanish, with no news on it at all.
very odd this whole thing.
