My stuff seems to have disappeared too. Had ordered Die Hard set and Indiana Jones set and got my receipt emails. Funny, when I ordered, it said delivery would be by 2nd Sept but the email a few minutes later said 20 to 30 September so I had a feeling they were onto the pricing error. Very disappointed that they have just cancelled without telling me. Not the service I've come to expect from Amazon as I am a very regular customer and have spent a lot of money with them in the past couple of years. Surely they can't begrudge me a bargain after all this time..... :rolleyes:0

hmmm,
an interesting twist.
I ordered 2 batches, one of the available items - monty and indy, and one of the not yet availbable ones - angel and die hard.
i got an email confiming despatch of the first lot this morning. the other ordered got cancelled with no word.
i kept quiet, as i'm happy to get the others. now i've just got an email saying there were mis-prices etc...and they've cancelled my order. but that email corresponds with the first order number, which apparently already dispatched...
which according to their T and Cs is when the contract is made...
so many possiblities... will i get my items? will i get charged for the second, but not the first order becuase they got confused? will i get charged at all? who knows?
my account still says the items were dispatched. I'll just ahve to wait and see what turns up0 -

I just got off the phone too. No joy here either. They were not that helpfull really either.

Finally got the sorry, mis-priced email. But, there is a twist in the tail. I also have a dispatched email.....question is, do I get the goods...as per their own ts&cs they have just confirmed my order.Baby Year 1: Oh dear...on the move
