    Have 3 contracts with them.

All claims paid up promptly and with courtesy!

Quidco used to pay £30, but now its £15 - but I would still chose it over e2save and the others.

And their customers services are fantastic.

i have a contract from pbd
the first cashback claim went indcredibly well, i got my cheque in less than 2 weeks.

unfortunately my second claim was rejected because i never sent the second page of the bill which says the traiff io am on. i am rather gutted but to be fair those are the rules of the game and you have to keep to them if you want your cashback.

my question is to wether it is worth sending off for my future cashbacks as their policy is that once you lose one cashback you loose them all.
does anyone know if they enforce this.

i ask this because i am thinking about downgrading the tariff to the cheapest oner and just getting snother contract for 12 months free. but if there is a chance that i will still get the next three cashbacks then i will stick with it.
  • If you fail to stick to the terms of the cashback agreement (and 1 is declined), then you lose the right to claim subsequent cashbacks for that contract.

Thats what they say - but I would submit it nonetheless - whats the worst that can happen? They'll reject it again.

    a fair point.
if there is no chance of getting then i will downgrade the traiff to save some money. if i downgrader then there is no chance of getting the money

I sent mine to the new address above early this month, and got an email reply saying they have received the claim 6 days later, no cheque yet.
  • I AM REALLY NOT HAPPY WITH PHONEBOX DIRECT.
it is the first time i have had a contract phone, i thought i was getting a good deal at the time, as it said cash back on your line rental, and i have not recieved a penny. i have phoned them, sent letters and all they say is that it is been dealt with. but surely it does not take a year to do this, lost £360, it has really put me off using company's like this again. So was just wondering if there is anyone having the same problem as me.
