It would be the bill you receive in June, as that shows you have been connected for 120 days.0

thanks are you sure?? have you had dealings with them?0
-
The bill to show that you have been connected for 120 days is the 5th bill that you get. So in your case it would be the June bill. This will show that you have been connected and hopefully paid for month 4. I don't understand why they don't change the T&Cs to say send in the 5th bill instead of the 4th!
At least they give some advice like calculating the 120 days after connection and then send in the nearest bill in.
I had to send in my claim in April to PBD and I got my cashback 2 weeks later so it should be ok. :j0 -
Thanks for that HIBS much appreciated i shall wait for the juine bill before sending off, your right their T&C's are rather confusing...but il take your advice and send in june...0

Hi
I have been advised the above company does good 12 month free deals has anyone dealt with this company before?0 -
i know thatquite a lot of people wanted to knwo what pbd were like for cashback.
i received confirmation of receipt after about a week and my cheque arrived this morning after just over 2 weeks, which is pretty good and much better than osps usually is in terms of speed.
the strange thing is the cheque was hand written, obviosuly this is no problem but makes you wonder how many cheques they are sending if they are hand written0 -
Hi everyone,
I am new on this forum - have been browsing around recently and found this community very helpful, so hope to get some help from you all
I'm considering getting a contract phone from themobileoutlet.co.uk or phoneboxdirect.co.uk on a cash back deal, but have no experience with them. I'm generally okay with cashback deals but I've heard of people having problems with some mobile phone companies not paying cashback.
Anyone used TheMobileOutlet or PhoneBoxDirect before?
Thanks for the help!0
