Can anyone provide information as to whether PhoneBox Direct are good to deal with for cash back deals. Also any experiences of their customer service,

i have just sent off my first cash back claim so hopefully will be able to post some feedback soon. They have at least acknowledge receipt of my paperwork.;)

They do a good job in my opinion. Sent off my 3rd claim, got an email to say they have received it and that it is in the system for processing. Cheque arrived about 2 weeks later.

so far so good, got 3 out of 5 claims already, waiting for the 4th. But the call centre people kept on getting my email address wrong (and I presume till now it is wrong). So book it online if you have to. Also the refer n earn service only works online, but then again I havtn bothered to ask for the link (I bought mine thru the phone after asking a few questions).

However after reading the numerous cashback troubles i have started to send my cashback claims in by recorded post (tho i didnt have problems with normal mail)!

I had a deal from these in November last year and so far i can say i have received the promised cashback installments. THe only annoying thing he stages are month 4 6 8 10 12 so you forever have to keep thinking if you are sending in the right one. Some dealers offer deals in 2-3 cashbacks payments which i think is probably easier but for God's sake READ THE T&Cs CAREFULLY and just do exactly as it says. I also send in RECORDED, and no matter what they say about 1st page or not the other pages of the invoice I ALWAYS MAKE A COPY AND SEND THE LOT TO THEM so they can't say they are missing something..

I'll probably go for another but am stil looking at what the bigger dealers like CPW and E2SAVE have to offer as i somehow feel a bit "safer" if i get one from them..

They are part of a bigger group. Been with them since last year although now moving elsewhere. Paid cashback on time each and everytime. This month is last one.

Ordered a 6280 on august 29th from them, now I was just wondering when do I have to put my first cashback cliam through because I just got my bill a few days after i got connected. It says 4 month connection would that be when I receive bill #5 around new year time(great when post will be rubbish!)

Hi everyone! Im new to this thing sory. I feel depressed coz stupid phones2udirect.co.uk wont give me my cashback worth £300 coz they saying they didnt recieve my claim, when I definately sent it. I dont know what to do! HELP!

Im looking to buy another contract now, phoneboxdirect looks good, but after my previous experience I don't know if I should trust it. Does anyone know if they give alot of hassle in paying cashback? Do we have to pester them for it? Is there anyone here that have recieved ALL their cashbacks from phoneboxdirect?
