All cash back claims are available to customers by redemption that subscribe to a brand new 12, 18, or 24 month service agreement.
£201 to £600
Cash backs are claimed in five equal instalments the first being claimed after month 4 the second after month 6, the third after month 8, the fourth after month10, and the fifth after month 12.
Instalment 1: - Send in the claim form and a copy of the bill that arrives showing that you have been connected for 120 days i.e. if you were connected on the 1st of January, you need to send in the bill dated around the 1st of May. This is 120 days (4 months after connection).
Instalment 2: - Send in the claim form and a copy of your 6th bill (i.e. the bill that arrives after 6 months service).
Instalment 3: - Send in the claim form and a copy of your 8th bill (i.e. the bill that arrives after 8 months service).
Instalment 4: - Send in the claim form and a copy of your 10th bill (i.e. the bill that arrives after 10 months service).
Instalment 5: - Send in the claim form and a copy of your 12th bill (i.e. the bill that arrives after 12 months service).
Subject to you having remained connected on the original price plan chosen for the mandatory period, we will send you a cheque for the relevant amount of cash back within 14 days, directly to your home address using the account details supplied with your original order.
Please Note: -
Cash back offers do not apply if you have been disconnected from the network or changed your service plan within the first 120 days of your initial billing date(180 days for T-Mobile). Where your claim has not been received by us within one calendar month of the required bill, you will not be entitled to any part of the Cash Back offered. Cash back files are closed and cannot be reopened in these cases.0 -

Normally the sixth bill arrives after five months of service, you get the first bill almost as soon as connected to pay the advance line rental, so the sixth bill should be after less than six months. This makes some confusing.
The miss one bill and your cashback is closed when there are five installments to claim and you only have a month to claim is scarey. I'm currently waiting for a 3 bill that I require for a cashback that is over a week late, and three are being difficult about a replacement.
Orange just send them out for free, Three want to charge for a replacement bill and say just wait therefore and see if it turns up. Three are a very good example of why subcontracting call centres out to India are a very bad idea.
So there is a danger that with all the best will in the world you could miss out on one cashback and therefore lose the rest. For this reason I would avoid them.0 -
After our poor experiences with Phones2udirect.....we want to take advantage of the deals offered by Phoneboxdirect.
Any one had a phone/cashback deal honoured with these guys?
Also, how many days do you get from the bill date do they give you to submit the claim? Some say within 14 days which is nearly impossible!
Thanks.0 -
Anyone? Im sure there is someone that is happy/not happy with them...the offers look so tempting0

Although it might be my but I cant see an exact period (e.g. 14/30 days) of when you have to put your claim in. If you want your cash back, I suggest you do it asap!! Depending on the cashback deal you take out will determine the specific terms you follow to claim your cash back. click here

Thankjs-I did read the T&Cs...but could ascertain whether i tw as similar to other cashback claims, wher eyou have to submit within 30 days of the date on the bill.

Their website says that the relevant bills must be received within one calendar month. They will then issue the cheque within 14 days.Cash back offers do not apply if you have been disconnected from the network or changed your service plan within the first 120 days of your initial billing date(180 days for T-Mobile). Where a valid claim has not been received by us within one calendar month of the required bill, you will not be entitled to any part of the Cash Back offered. Cash back files are closed and cannot be reopened in these cases.
Also note that if one claim is invalid, you loose entitlement to all future claims.

They have been very vague about questions I have asked in my emails to them and come accross as being quite rude. They keep giving me different reference numbers to use on the cashback form and won't tell me where they came from. I got very little info from them with the phone and I don't have a copy of the terms and conditions. I'm wondering if they are actually going to pay up when it comes to it. Has anyone else had trouble?
This is my last email to them:Can you please tell me where you are getting all these reference numbers from and why I haven't been given these before? I'm getting confused.
Also, the cash back claims are not in 5 equal installments, so how can it be £360 divided by 5?? I have to send off for cashback at 4,6,8,10 and 12 months.
I'd appreciate some help please
This was their reply:Please read the terms and conditions you agreed too, and the emails we sent you. All of these question have been answered by our website and confirmation emails previously.
Regards
I don't find this very helpful at all.0
