Actually it's Mobile Affiliates:-

Let's try not to ensure they are by forming a lynch mob before they're found guilty. Otherwise we may be hanging ourselves.0 -
Mobile Junkie do you mean you think they might not be going bye bye?
I work for an affiliate and we got emails saying the affiliate program is closed due to them shutting shop, strange coz they were making a lot of big talk just last month about how well they were doing!!!Wondering how to have a life & not rack up more debts...0 -
I simply mean the previous link didn't take you to them as far as I could see, if that's what you were referring to.
I know not what their status is. I'm in the same boat as everyone else. However, one thing IS certain; if the noise gets loud enough they definitely WON'T be! Weigh it up; mass hysteria = self-fulfilling prophecy (with no actual benefit to US at ALL!), against don't panic and start shouting from the roof-tops until things are clearer and we can separate fact from fiction (where we have nothing to lose and may not drill holes in a a ship which could still be afloat; even if that's unlikely, let's not skuttle her on the rumour and hearsay).0 -
To all phone box and cnm customers just like to say spare a thought for an innocent company who because of criminal elements giving the whole industry a bad name and watchdogs crusade of persecution around 30 innocent people with families to feed who didn't know what was going on lost their jobs without warning yesterday.
I hope you are all proud of yourselves for victimizing innocent people by thinking about your own greed and being stupid enough to take contracts out that YOU looked for without anyone forcing you, that you couldn't pay for yourselves0 -
I have just contacted t-mobile to try and reduce my tariff (currently at £35 pm) and they do not know anything about CNM going bust. They said that they could not do anything about my tariff until month 11 of the contract, but phone back before Decembers bill and if they then have more information they will probably do something about it. They did reduce tariffs before when a similar company went under.
I hope this helps anyone affected

You talking out of your !!!!.
Coolnew are one of the ring leaders, trying to drive sales with more and more expensive handsets when commisions were being driven down by networks.
The level of managment they had, they should have seen it coming.
The "criminal element" have played their part but "cool New" are far from innocent!
The "money savers" here need to learn a lesson and if they failed to read and work within the terms then shouting "scam" has not helped.

If you want to lay the blame on anyone have a "pop" at the directors first. They are the ones offering these deals and in my opinion they have done it for a reason, to get as much out as they can ASAP. They are crooks who have fraudulently ripped off their "customers".

Please dont start a slanging match on here - it's not in the least helpful to anyone. Hard facts about what is happening rather than spurious (also often almost unintelligble as well as unintelligent) accusations are of no help to anyone - especially not those making them!). I would suggest that if anyone merely wants to come on to rant and obscure important information they start their own thread - preferably on another feedback site.0

You are correct the "money savers" do need to learn a lesson. The innocents in this are those people who have replied to customers in good faith and have taken the abuse of customers who haven't claimed correctly then gone running to the court, papers, watchdog shouting scam.
If the networks phased out cashback then this company which was alredy trying to plan a restructure of the business to that effect would not have been forced to go bust. Unfortunately for all concerned the networks who have pushed companies to place these deals on their sites have the ability to wash their hands of it. In June when OfCom introduced thier Code of Practice this was only mandatory for the networks. Some companies like PBD and CNM signed up voluntarily to the Code only to be faced with customers now shouting that the new T's & C's were theirs when everyone knows that the T's and C's agreed to, which followed correctly like myself paid up, can not LEGALLY be changed.0
