    Yes.

Nobody should even think about wasting court fees on MCOL. In fact it might even be worth contacting MCOL if you have only recently issued proceedings. I think i read somewhere that they will cancel fees/summon under some circumstances. probably time related. Don'thold me to that though.

We should concentrate on contacting networks and trying to downgrade plan, even cancel if possible. We should share this info with each other.
I am with 3. Really looking forward to contacting the Indian call centre.....
  • Has someone called them? I get a dialtone with the sales number?

    They owe me £500+ !!!!.

wouldn't bother calling them - all staff are now unemployed & have been sent home!!
Wondering how to have a life & not rack up more debts...
  • B*gger,
probably not much we can do then.

If you know anyone looking for another deal at the moment make sure you let them knowwhat has happened, as their website still seems to be live (using any other forums you're a member of etc) to make sure they don't get a penny of anyone else's cash.

Have their sister companies gone as well?

At the end of the day I'm seriously hacked off by these cowboys but according to mobiletoday 45 people lost their jobs as well, I doubt they all knew what was happening, and this isn't the best time of year to be out of a job.

Lets see what T mobile has to say:confused:
    Good luck everyone.

oh bum no wonder they have been delayin
  • So far this is all unconfirmed. If they aren't in administration they soon will be at this rate. There is zero advantage in running around like headless chickens. These are 12 month contracts and all you can do is determine your options and make a choice WHEN it becomes clear. I wouldn't cancel court procedings or downgrade/cancel contracts at this stage. If you find and read the long thread on Mobileconnections it may help for now, otherwise this thread may degenerate in postings which mislead and merely expound bad feelings. Let's wait for the facts. By all means explore options etc. BUT for now I'd hold fire taking any precipitave action which you may regret - many people did in the case of Mobile Connections and others, ending up in an even worse position than they started. Eventually a few damage limitation options appeared and IF they have gone that's the best you can hope for.
  • Both their phones ring but go unanswered.
Going by my calculations, between august '06 to june '07 there have been in excess of 2.4m orders. Wouldn't surprise me at all if they owe over £70m

What can we do? Not much. Don't talk to voda yet, get some confirmation that they have actually entered liquidation, then try to cancel the contract.

    They owe me £567 here.

  • i just called voda, they havent heard anything about the company going into administration/liquidation, who say thay they are still an approved dealer
  • They will do if this ends up being a run on Mobile Affiliates. What's the panic? You can't do much YET and if enough keep shouting and banging anty chance that this isn't as is feared will go out of the window. A few days isn't going to make much difference! I've already started reading rubbish; someone on another thread saying Mobiles2Yourdoor is the same company. CALM!
