I got the 'we will send your cheque in 10 days' email on the 4th September. I have yet to see it. They are not responding to my emails.

LBA, does anyone have a template and where should I send this to?

high volumes of email traffic. At present it is taking up to 7 working days
to reply to cashback emails and would ask that you don't repeatedly send
the same questions. Customers who send the same email over and over again

davidjones90, we could end up getting court dates around the same time. I've just printed off the t&c's for when we got my girlfriends contract in April using the wayback machine (thanks to mobilejunkie and others), even better - states 28 days full stop to process, print 'em off and add 'em to your pile for your (unlikely) court date!
