Well, its been 10 days now and surprise, surprise no cheque yet :sad:

I suppose I will have to ring them but it doesnt do much good.. they just tell you its been sent to get you off the phone! My last cheque was recieved after 5 weeks which was fair enough as it was the run up to xmas and their was the christmas post to contend with but I dont know what their excuse is this time! When I phoned about my last cheque I was told it had been sent the week before and must be delayed in the post.. next morning, i recieved my cheque .. they had obviously lied about when it was posted though as the date on the cheque was the day before it arrived!

Anyway, I will post back what they say!

i am in the same boat mustbemad, my 1st claim was 28th October which i eventually got just before Christmas, i have been awaiting the 2nd cheque (claim was recieved by them 19th jan) since, they did email me on 1st Feb telling me that my "paperwork" would be out in the next few days, but as it got to the 20th Feb i had still not recieved anything so i emailed them and again they said the cheque would be sent in the next Couple of days, but guess what i am still waiting for the cheque.

Might threaten legal action for breach of contract, what do you think ?

Nothing so far as well.
Will call them tomorrow.
Thing is say they are in breach of the contract, the contract is terminated..your worse off because they don't need to pay up. no win situation

I am thinking about getting 12 months contract but I am unsure as Phone box direct don’t seem to be reliable on their cheque back.

Now had 20 out 20 cashbacks with PhoneBox.

Absolutely OUTSTANDING.

Cannot fault them in any way.
