please add your ccc ratings from your dealings with your own ccc.out of 5 stars.
if you get compensation as well you should award your ccc 5 stars. So 0 stars is for nothing.3 stars for a refund but no compensation. 4 stars is refund but helpful and may compensate.

    HSBC ;0
    LLOYDS TSB; 3,

    Nat West;
    MS Goldfish; 4
    JLFS; 0,
    First Direct;
    Capital One.
    Nationwide; 3

Please add on your rating or any ccc.So it is quick and easy for us to judge these ccc.
just use quote to add your addition/rating.

After a shaky start, I have finally got to the stage where I am expecting a letter from MS/Goldfish setting out final settlement terms which include refund of original tickets and cost of replacement tickets.

    I will therefore give MS/Goldfish a 4 star rating.

:j yay ive received full refund from lloyds, the process was actually quite hassle free. so i thk they deserve a rating of 5*. i am just gonna share my experience with everyone on this board. i called up the cc line around 4.10 and the operator seemed to aware of the oasis situation, she put my transaction on dispute and also issued me a claim form which arrived a week later. i then filled that in and sent it off with a covering letter (thanks to lucky88 for helping me writing that), cc statement, ticket confirmation and oasis email. the person that dealt with my claim was dispute manager
Lesley Ogden, the address is Lloyds TSB Bank plc, Customer Services, Brighton, BN1 4BE. if anyone is still to claim with lloyds then u may wanna try this

  • I've only made one post here but I've been doing quite a bit of reading.

Anyway I paid for 2 tickets to Hong Kong with Oasis with my Lloyds TSB Debit Card and was afraid I wouldn't get any money back but fortunately this forum has helped me a lot so I'd like to say thanks to everyone!!

I haven't actually received a confirmation letter yet but I checked my bank details about 10 minutes ago and I've been fully refunded.

I agree with the above post that it's been hassle free and the staff have all been very helpful so I'd give them a 5/5 easily.

I had a letter today from MS/Goldfish offering me full and final settlement. They are prepared to cover the total cost of my replacement flights for two people with BA so I am pretty satisfied.

The only condition seems to be that I tell them if I get any money back from Oasis/KPMG which I can't see happening in the short-term at least.

So, I would give MS/Goldfish a 4/5 for their performance during this fiasco.

    Hi Rusty G,

What's the best process to get a refund from MS/Goldfish?

I called them up about a month ago, and got fobbed off to claim off Oasis from a lady in the disputes department.

So would be good to know what's the best steps in dealing with MS/Goldfish...

Thanks for your help, and hope everyone gets their money back!

Just found HM Govt webesite where we can claim against our ccc.

they will handle the paperwork and pass it on to your nearest county court.

an indication of court fee is for example £70 for claim between £1000 and £1500. Less if your amount is below £1000.

Remember, these cost can also be claimed even your postage and time cost and interest at 8% against the ccc from the day you asked for a refund. i.e.from 9th April onwards.

    here is the link.

    maybe money well spent!!!

Spoke to the helpful staff, tel; # 08456015935.
They said write in to the ccc and give them a week to respond and tell them by then you will file a claim with money claim on line, a government service.

they will document everything and will pass it on to the nearest county court to you if the ccc dispute your claim. highly unlikely as the ccc has no case.

all the money claim online fees can be added to your claim. so add your original tickets cost, extra cost for rebooking as damages and miscellaneous cost like mco, postage etc.

after the notice date has laspe, then file on money claim online .
the money claim online people will then give the ccc 19 days to respond to your claim and if negatively they will pass it onto the county courts.

if it goes to court the ccc legal representation will probably cost more than the claim. i dont think they are that stupid to contest a losing case. or maybe they are??!!

this is quicker than the Ombudsman and stop all this horsing around by the ccc.i think i will use this route than thru the Ombudsman.

    Here is the link again.

dont forget to have proof of posting when you write your notice letter to the ccc.

I would like to add another 5* score to LloydsTSB for getting my 3 tickets refunded with not much hassle, they were very friendly and co-operative. Thuis was for a Debit card charge-back.
