OH works for Bellway
Are you wearing your flame proof suit?
The Bellway build quality is so poor that they build properties that flood, catch fire and have blocked sewerage systems.0 -

we did a part exchange with bellway on the 17th december and they did not check our previous house until 14th january which is four weeks later they informed us this was due to adverse weather conditions. When we left our previous home the central heating system was in working order,in addition, it was serviced by gas board in november and has been serviced every year for some time before this. They have told us that the heating is not working and we are responsible for the repair costs. However we believe this is unfair because we had no key to check the property as they had obviously bought the house and had the keys. Furthermore they told us that the could not get to the house due to the weather, however, we ourselves have visited the street on many occasions in the past 4 weeks to see friends etc and we live the same place they are based, therefore, we cannot understand this excuse. Additionally, they have not told us what is wrong with the heating, which suggests they are covering up their failure to check the house in extremely adverse weather conditions. As aresult we do not feel this is our responsibility and would welcome some feedback on how we should deal with this.0

Have you exchanged and completed on your Bellway house? If so I would tell Bellway to forget it.0
