  • It looks lovely. There are none that style on the site that we are buying on. They are mainly 3 storey and the style that we are having.

Didnt realise that you were already in a new build from bellway! Did you have it from new? Did it go up much in value?

We bought it when it was six months old from a couple who divorced

We paid £46,500 and sold it back to bellway for £110,000

That was 7 years ago now

I wish I had taken some photos of the actual house

This is the pic from their website

That looks like a lovely house, is it a 5 bed?

The site I was looking at was a Wimpey one and there 5 bed show house is identical and priced at £399k. There is no way our budget would stretch that far, no wonder you managed to acquire a 20% discount. The one I would really like is the 4 bed detatched version which is on for £335k but even with a 20% discount it's still priced too steeply.

Looks like we are at the same point now. Do you know how long before we set a date?

The solicitors letter said it would take them a week to physically get the money but I think it's all done electronically now so might not take that long.

    Can't wait :-)
