Primus Option 2 ?
Comments
-
I have just signed up for Primus Saver Option 2 but, like creddish, have been unable to logon to their website to view my online bill. The website I am trying to use is www.planet-talk.co.uk.
Does anyone know why this is?
EDIT - I have that address saved in my favourites, and usually works, but after signing in, i get a message saying "The web application you are attempting to access on this web server is currently unavailable. Please hit the "Refresh" button in your web browser to retry your request", so i take it their system must be currently down/offline.0 -
I rang them yesterday about this, and they said it's been down since Tuesday, and they don't know when it'll be back up again. I was told just to try in a few days' time.0

That's a bit worrying, I'm thinking of going back to BT as I don't use Primus to make calls anymore.0

Surely it's very unusual for a business like this to have a website down for nearly a week isn't it?0

I am fed up of not being able to view my bills for calls I have not made as I no longer use my BT line, only my Orange voip line. It only pennies a month, but I can´t be bothered with them anymore, I have just emailed them to cancel my account.
Is it a month´s notice you have to give them, or can I just contact BT to route my calls back through them? If I make a few 0800 calls a month through BT, will I be able to re-instate free 1571?0 -

You can make calls via that package simply by using the prefix 1280 before each call whilst Primus is still operational.Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0 -
Just received a reply, so they are still trading
I have arranged cancellation of your CPS service, which will take approximately 15 days to complete.Best regards
