How did you manage that? I have spoken to two different CSAs in the last half hour or so and both have refused to set me up on the deal for £10 without a referral.

The tariffs have changed.

The sim only deals start at £10 per month and give you 200 mins & 200 texts. The next tier is £15 which gives you 400 mins & 400 texts.

If you are on the 300 mins 300 txts deal for £10 you can still get this deal for 2 of your friends and family.

BTW, Virgin seem to have sorted their system out- no more rollover for me...
