I know this may be a bit controversial, but what does this company offer and does it really save anyone any money, if they use them? The greater danger, for most of us, lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short; but in setting our aim too low and achieving our mark0

See paragraph 4 of post 984. Four above yours.
They have no purpose other than to scam people out of their money.:mad:
Any service they may claim to offer are available free of charge at www.topcashback.co.uk0 -
I have also just found a £10 debit to my credit card after shopping with Gray and Osbourn. I have emailed Shopper Discount and their reply was a £10 refund on its way. I just cross my fingers and hope now!0

I'm not getting any response from this company as to the cancellation and refund of my money. I have sent a number of E-mails But to no avail. Can anyone suggest any other action I can take to get my money back.
Thanks in advance

Well I'm an idiot! And my husband is too
. Got scammed when buying me flowers, wait for it... 3 and a half years ago!!
To all those being told to get a new credit/debit card issued, all I can say is that we had ours replaced for other reasons during this timescale. And yet the payments were still being debited - even though the card that originally 'authorised' the payments expired in 2008.
Thanks to this forum I've cancelled and am sending them a claim form, they didn't send me one automatically so I've used the one posted here. This is what happens when you run up debt and only open the card statements to see the balance... muppet!0 -
