Thank You to all who have posted without you all I would not have known how to contact these thieves.
I see the 1st post was back in 2008 it beggers belisf that thses people are still able to operate, legally.
I bought flights with easyjet and I can honestly say I do not remember clicking on anything anout getting money off my next flight. First I knew was 2 transactions of £8 form my current account.
I have cantacted them demanding they stop my "membership" and to refund my money. I have also emailed easyjet and tonight I have written to BBC watchdog programme.
I wonder how many people are paying this and dont even know?
Best way I feel to get message accross is on Facebook my next move but again thank you all

I hadn't noticed but for the last 16 months £10 had been going out of my account (it's a savings account I never use). Anyway, I rang them on 23 April to ask basically who the hell they were and why they were taking money out of me on a monthly basis. The girl who dealt with me was extremely nice and explained that this was due to a voucher I'd got through trainline, nope I didn't get the voucher and I only book trainline through work so have no idea how all this happened. Anyway she said we will refund you £30 today and then fax a claim form in for the rest. So I did and I've had all my cash back in fact they said it would take 10 days and I got it all back on the 27th.0

Fear not glitterlady, every bean they STOLE from your account, will be safely placed back where it belongs, back into your account.
So many people get fobbed off and accept the paltry last few payments fearing they stand no chance of getting the rest. Everyone needs to know that BY LAW they have to pay the whole lot back if you demand it (unless they can get you to settle for a little bit of it), fortunately people are generally wise enough to check them out online first to find out who they are.
This site will appear on the first page of any Google search with their company name, and they know this only too well, they frequent this site regularly enough, indeed it's why they have already posted on this site, but soon disappeared when asked direct questions about their ethics.
But rest assured they check this thread on a regular basis, each post only rubs in more salt to their self inflicted wounds.

My lovely husband signed up for this (using his additional card on my credit card) in the belief he was getting a Pizza Hut voucher; swears blind he didn't re-enter the credit card details. They *did* send him emails but who reads emails with subjects like "YOUR SHOPPERS DISCOUNT MEMBERSHIP REWARDS INFO"? Luckily I checked my credit card statement and smelt a rat. So even if you are cautious and careful, your loved ones might not be. At any rate, they quickly refunded and their customer service staff, who must get this all day every day, are very decent.Make £2023 in 2023: (all decluttering), current total £2860 me, £330 for friends & family, £468 charity donations.0

Grrrrrr!!! I also got caught by shopperdiscountsandrewards.co.uk, via Easyjet!
CC company claim they can't do anything to stop it but that they would look into it.
Emailed shopperdiscountsandrewards and they stopped my "membership". But as yet no sign of getting the £40 this scam has cost me.... any ideas how I might get my money back?0 -
Demanding a FULL REFUND is easy, and rest assured they will pay it BY LAW, simply be sure to demand a FULL REFUND reminding them you never willingly signed up to this scam.
It only takes two steps:
1-A phone call (2-3minute), confirm your email, name and address (and you'd like all your money back, as you didn't know that you signed up to this scam).
2-Posting of the claim form. (which they email to you as a result of the phone call):
Note: Your cancellation ref number is in the email they send with the claim form.

Just to let you know I found £10 charge on my credit card. I followed the advise given in previous posts. My details had been passed on by RYANAIR!0

What a pain!!!!
I have only just spotted this on my M&S Credit Card account...........
And the only reason why I spotted it is because this month was the only month in a long time that there was only one transaction on it (got a new card from diff company and using that now). So it stuck out like a sore thumb!!! Missed it other months - my fault - will have to be more diligent.
So checking back they took £10 in Feb, March and April.
It goes back to an Interflora online purchase in January. My wife clicked the get £15 off next purchase 'offer'.
I rang them and they offered the last months £10 back. I demanded all three payments otherwise I would make an official complaint to TS. Said I had never agreed to pay them anything. They then said they are refunding all three payments.
Looking in my spam filter there are emails from them in January welcoming me as a member but no mention of a charge.
Looking at their site they offer no benefits that you could not get elsewhere for free e.g. quidco, topcashback etc.
I am complaining to Interflora also.
Just goes to show, you cant afford to be complacent.I say barkeep -put at little more ice in there will you - theres a good chap.0
