As such it no longer appears on the site., this is a prime example that not many companies are fully aware of how this scam works.
I imagine as far as Ebookers were concerned, SD&R were above board and that their cusomers were willing participants as a result of the T&Cs posted on the Ebookers website.:A:dance:1+1+1=1:dance::A

I'm not getting any response from this company as to the cancellation and refund of my money. I have sent a number of E-mails But to no avail. Can anyone suggest any other action I can take to get my money back.
Thanks in advance

This report is apertaining to the " Rewardsfirst " which I posted on this site earlier0 -
I got caught out by this 'scheme'. Thanks to this forum I've now cancelled my 'membership' and it seems like they're going to refund me.0

Oh they will.... by law
If you have any problems use the text I have put a few posts up0 -
...hmmm, I may have fallen into their trap.
I signed up (30 days free trial) on the back of a Pizza Hut purchase chasing a promised £15 cashback. I followed the T&C to the letter and made a 2nd purchase accordingly and sent off the email as instructed.
I've had about 3 or 4 replies now, all rejecting the claim for different reasons - definitely feels like I'm being given the runaround.
I'm assuming this is normal or has anyone actually had the cashback?
Naturally I will be cancelling the 'membership' long before the 30 day deadline.
Thanks!

Just wanted to thank the posters on this thread, I noticed £10 coming out from my credit card account this week and looked back to find three similar payments to shopperdiscounts . Very naughty for not checking my statement more thoroughly sooner. Following advice from this thread, I rang them and asked for my money back . Their first reponse was, "yes we'll cancel the memebrship from today".
I said 'No, I want my money back, please"
so they said they would refund £10. Again, I said "I want ALL of my money back" to which the response was "I'll speak to my supervisor"...followed by a short silence and then she said she would refund all three payments. I will wait to see if this actually happens, they have sent an email confirming... :

...but it doesn't specify how much they will pay back. Others have mentioned having to post a form away? I wasn't asked to do this.
