I can't answer your question but know a while back I must have tried a dozen times on the system to have any winnings paid direct into my bank account rather than being sent a paper warrant.   There was a faulton the system which made the instructions inactive.  In the end I had to phone somebody at NS&I (and that was an epic journey!) to get the instruction activated manually.     It must be a very large system and they probably don't have sufficient IT staff to keep on top of it.

Just received an email that my 14 year old son, who has £100 holding, just won a prize.  Don't know what it is yet.

This month 3X £100, 1X £50. I have been in 2 draws now,  max holding.. £75 March,£350, April, not too bad a start, I am expecting the odd couple of months with no wins though..
