For FREEish, well on 02 12 month contract, 5 months half price rental, through ................E2Save...

£35.50 rental up front 3x £35+ cashbacks, 4th month, 8th month, and 12th month.

You can also downgrade after 6th month, EDIT though might affect cashback?

selling out fast, you can get up to 9 months half price, but that involves 18 m contract.

Best O2 retentions could come up with was a K750 at £25 a month and no bluetooth.

COL, you should recieve an email giving details on the order along with a link to DHL. You should also have a item number which if you copy and paste onto their website should give you info on where your delivery is......

I think people are getting mixed up a little, o2 online and o2 highstreet are affiliated but NOT the same company which is why their deals differ, I have the 08702 no on my bill and i call 202 from my handset where as it seems the o2 online customers can access the 0800 005005 no and call 200 from the handset, this is why some are in stock and others have next to no stock till october.

Hope this helps someone cause it's not getting me anywhere lol.

I called the 0800 no (o2 online) yesterday and the woman was pretty crappy actually she just gave me the sales team no 0870 600 3009 but i can't see them doing me any favours with an offer.
Last week i was told by o2 high street £50 for a K750 on upgrade until i told them i had already upgraded 1 account to a k750 for free, they really don't know what they are doing

Just got off the phone to O2. Was told that they wanted £100 for an upgrade on W800i (Leisure Time Plus). They also said that the K750i had temporarily been withdrawn due to probs with the phone (software I reckon).
