Sony Ericsson W800i on O2 contract?

I Have Been With O2 Online For 18 Months Now The First Year Was Great No Problems At All,
However When It Came To Re-newing My Conract All The Problems Started.
Even Though On The Face Of It I Seemed To Have A Great Deal, New Samsung D500 At No Cost. Then 200 X Net Work Anytime Mins And 500 Free Txt Messages All This For £15 A Month.my Bill Has Never Been Right Since Dec 04 Every Month I Get Told It Will Be Sorted By The Following Month.
Im Not Complaining To Much At The Moment Because I Have Not Payed A Bill Since Dec04 Because It Keeps Getting Credtied. However I Spoke To The Call Centre Manager Because I Was Getting Really Really Peed At Having To Call O2 At The End Of The Month To Tell Them The Bill Was Incorrect Again Only To Be Told Today It Still Is Not Sorted.
This As Also Been Hapening To My Partner Since Feb 05.
Also When You Are Offered Deals Make Sure They Send You An E-mail To Confirm What Package You Are On Because I Was Offered The Above And It Was Not Actioned I Called In To Complain And Was Told There Are No Notes To That Effect On There System Lucky For Me I Have Been A Team Leader In A Call Centre For Some Time Now And Know Wot To Ask.
Please Just Make Sure You Get An E-mail Sent To You You Also Get The Agents Name And Surname If Poss And If Not The Team Name Or Number And Also Thier Team Leaders Name.
Wish Me Luck For The End Of The Week When The Call Centre Manager Is Back.

I've read a couple of times that the K750i and W800i are the same but one is being promoted as a camera phone and one as a music player phone.

Don't know if that is true but if so it might be worth considering when going for an upgrade.

geothermal, in principal they are the same phone, i believe they both have 2 meg camera's but the firmware is different on the w800i meaning you can play a much wider range of music, not just mp3's. And of course the cases are different, also people with the k750i have a common complaint that the camera lens slider opens itself when you put it in your pocket, where the w800i has a small flicky button to open the tiny lens cover, worth considering if you are a pocket mobile carrier lol

O2 get even better by the minute!!!

Called them again and spoke to a guy in upgrades and he stated that my monthly contract now enables me to have the W800i for FREE!!! So I agreed there and then, asked for email confirmation on this which he sent immediately and the phone is in the post!!

The only thin about O2 is that they are consistantly inconsitant...

But hey, the W800i is on its way!!! :T

If anyone does want to call them ask to speak to Matthew Jackson as the service he gave was top notch!!!!

its beef, i called today, the 08702 number and was told all the gunf about not having the pricing and not actually having the phone in stock, said they only get dribs and drabs as they will launch properly in september.
Are we phoning dofferent o2's? what sort of contract do you have, are you billed by o2? i know carphone warehouse have a different billing thingy what the heck is going on? I WANT THE PHONE NOW!!!!!!!
