I called on 0800005005 which is customer care and they passed me onto upgrades.
This is the delivery details from the email they sent me......
Order Details

I have deleted order number but the guy I spoke to (Matthew Jackson) was 100% certain that the phones were in stock and my order was being processed
As for contract I am on their Online 400 (400 xnetwork mins plus 1000 texts) which was £45 per month but negotiated it down to only £30 :j0 -
oh no fair, you see o2 online are different from o2 highstreet so i have to wait for mine, even though i threatened to leave and sign up with someone else, they are still not in a position to cut me a deal as they don't know how much the phone will be in the first placeRunning total for swagbucks - £270 since Jan
Running total for superpoints -

Why not quit the contract and get an online deal with them? The deals seems better and you def have a bit more negotiating power?
Good luck0 -

Well I just phone 02 back today, and no W800i, not till october now acording them, plus they are not selling the k700i as it has been withdrawn due to falts. (begs the question why they still have it on their site). So now told them I want to disconnect, and I have got to write to them to do this.
Oh an anoth bit of usefull info, they take an average of you bill for the past 6 month to decide what sort of offer you deserver, but it isn't too accurate as my average was £33 (what the computer told him), even though my contract is a minimum of £35 a month due to my tarif and the past 3 month my bill has been £50 +.0 -
I've just got an amazing deal with O2.
I phoned the 200 number from my mobile and this is the deal I got:
Sony Ericsson W800i - free
Monthly Contract - £15 per month
with 500 mins X network
and 100 texts
They didn't offer me this to begin with and I had to haggle but got there eventually. Apparently, there is limited stock of the W800i and when these go they won't have anymore until October.0 -
By the way, this was done today - Tuesday 16th August so they do have stock. Maybe if you're not having any luck just try again. There could be priority to current o2 customers????0

Just had comfirmation email from O2 stating my new W800i has been dispatched. Check with DHL and they have it in their depot so should be with me 2morrow!!!
If anyone has been told that O2 dont have any then call them on 0800005005 and ask them what the situ is!
Good luck! :j0 -
Mine should be here tomorrow too
even though I was told other day on phone to o2 that they had NONE until 1st September lol fools.
Anyway got mine for £4.99 as a new contract customer as opposed to there over inflated £79.99 or whatever they are charging now.
P.S can anyone tell me how I track my order on DHL site cos cant seem to work it. Thanks0
