probably a 'spare' pp account.
she's most likely hoping to chrgeback you
She is a bully and an intimidater as I suspected from the start. it is now a game.
I can only conclude she thinks with payment in hand i can't file NPB i now think she knows she will never receive the items but can tell from my corespondance that I am decent and have a good account and will not want to flaw it.
she wants to persecute me... and she is.
I hope that is her only success.0 -
If you think shes a business seller I wonder if she pays VAT? I hope you're not thinking of reporting her to the revenue or anyone - that would be VERY vindictive. Alternatively I hope you do not get two or three friends to bid on her stuff and then leave neg feedback because that also would be naughty and no-one could possibly condone that I'm sure....
Good luck.You can't go wrong with carpet bombing...0 -

refund in full for two good reasons. Firstly it is the morally correct thing to do, nothing has been sent so there is no postage and no paypal fees will have been paid if payment was refunded.
Secondly, any charge remaining unrefunded would be eligible for a chargeback.
Personally I would just keep refunding her..does nayone know if it is possible to block incoming payments to a paypal account? If not phone paypal as soon as they open after Easter and ask them if it is possible to block her payments.
Then shove in a report to ebay that she is a malicious bidder..there is a category on the contact us form if you look for it. Then report her for every other infringement you can, anything dodgy in her own auctions, report them..any listing violations, report them. It is surprising how many people break little ebay rules all the time..if you start to look through auctions there is often something that is technically in breach.
Then, to protect yourself, move to a different selling id for a while and leave this one dormant so she can't hurt you back.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. report to HMRC by all means as that is a public duty just in case she isn't registered. However do not start auction interfering..it is a bad move. Bidders can be considered malicious and if reported will get suspended..when even a throw away account is suspended the main ebay ids are at risk as well.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Going back to the leaky cats.
You could always find a bit of cat wee and soak the items before you post them.
Well wrapped in plastic of course.
She can then file a "item significantly different from description" or "item not received" and you take the hit on the negative.
One cat hates certain types of plastic. A tesco's bag for life on the floor will pretty much always receive "treatment".
good luck.
I'd just say I'd sent the stuff. Keep it. When she files for no show, refund. Say you forgot the proof of posting. Take the hit of the negative. And leave your negatives slowly over a few weeks.
Re-list in a few months. If she spots it then its tough. There's no loss, no proof the items are the same.0 -
I sold two fragile expensive items to two seperate buyers a couple of years ago. These two buyers turned out to be the same person.
She gave me alot of hassle - told me exactly how much combined postage should be etc etc. I was very uncomfortable, didn`t trust her and didn`t want to risk the goods. I refused to sell and she threatened with two negs from seperate accounts - never got them though. Never heard anything from ebay either though she theatened me for weeks.
Stick to your guns - if you send the stuff it may get even worse.0 -
Just keep refunding on the basis of an Unconfirmed Address.0

Thats why I said I wouldn't do it. Even if my friends lived miles apart and could not in a million years be connected to me in anyway, I still WOULDn't do it .

You can still open a dispute even if the
bidder has paid and has money in your
account'
open the dispute page start it yourself,
pick dont post to unconfirmed address.
Then when you have the dispute in place
look to the right side slightly above, you will
notice a box that says escalate this claim
it will give you a selection of choices one
is I will refund the buyer in full, pick that
and it will refund the buyer and they cant
pay any more.
Did this myself for a pain in the neck bidder
I had last month like this. But also put their
email address in the blocked bidders list as
well as their ebay name.

I think this bidder has sold your items already
on another ID and is desperate for them, why
else would she be so desperate to pay and
get them sent on their way ?:j:j:j0
