Intimidating bullying Argumentative Buyer; I want to withdraw the Sale.

This is not a recommended action and I'm sure there will be complaints for me suggesting it but you could:
Accept the payment
Send her an email to say it will be posted on Tuesday
Mark the item as paid and dispatched
Don't send it
When she complains the item has not been received refund
Then when she's leaves her feedback you can just reply item lost in post payment refunded.0 -
Hi All
She has replied via my personal email with a lengthy bullying, Intimidating lecture, further requesting discount.
I've had a similar situation and initially emailed (via eBay): please let me know if you want to proceed with the purchase at the price stated on the auction, or, if you have decided you do not wish to buy on the stated terms please let me know asap so I can re-list the item. The buyer paid full price as advertised.0 -

Thats the problem though, the buyer has now decided she does want it at advertised price. But the OP doesn't want to deal with her any more.
However naughty I love pdel61's suggestion. I can't see any other way round this one.:heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with. It's finding someone you can't live without :heart2:0 -
I agree i like pdel61's idea as well,No Links in Signature by site rules - MSE Forum Team 20

However wrong it is.....
pdel61's idea gets my vote as well
But...... Unless you are selling lots of these...
Wait a while before re-listing them0 -
But the question is, would the seller still not want to sell if it had gone for double what they expected?.....Never put off until tomorrow what you can avoid doing altogether.:D0

The answer is no I don't want to sell to her under any circumstance for any price. Annoyingly I think she has the same idea, that I am dissapointed with the final value. (hasn't stopped trying to squeeze the final price down further after winning though).
I've already stated that i'm going to offer second chance offer to the other bidder so I will be selling for less.
I've also stated that starting items low is a gamble, the buyer would have got a bargain, but that is not what I am upset about.
After The email stating I wanted to withdraw the sale the buyer has promptly paid offering a further email full of bullying. She is absolutely vile.
Anyway thanks all for your replies, i'm going to go with the popular suggestion of refunding when it doesnt turn up.
Seems unfair there is no way of reporting a buyer behaviour like this.
Thanks again all.0 -
Don't forget to then block her as well so that she can't bid on any further sales of yours.
And if she's sending emails to your private account, make sure that you a) reply via your ebay messages and b) forward the emails to ebay (with the headers) advising them of her bullying. It aint over til I've done singing....0 -
Go to ebay live help - there must be a way of reporting her, people like that should not be allowed to buy and sell!~*Cerenia*~
