Ha ha I clearly need to lighten up!
Anyhow, result i think; original buyer has an Unconfirmed Address so I have issued Refund on that basis.
Is that feasable?
Can I claim back fees, if so how or is it automatic?0 -
you need to file an unpaid item dispute stating that buyer requested shipment to an unconfirmed address0

OMG she has payed me again within seconds after refunding her! What to do please the crazy %&*^$$
how the hell does she have feedback of over 4000 she belongs in a straight jacket
Ahem..... excuse my emotion0 -
When the refund is issued, i would personally be refunding less postage cost on the basis that you paid to send the item. Also less paypal fees, as these charges are out of your hands..0

i think Unconfirmed address is a legitimate reason.
I'm happy to stand corrected.
I have issued full refund but as i've posted, she has paid again, within seconds, Bizzare!
She is blocked from my listings but i guess this will only apply to future listings?
I've left a note on refund advice mail stating i do not Ship to unconfirmed Address
Why Has she paid Again
How is it allowed
She hates me more than i hate her & is driving me crazy!!!!
And what the hell to do next?0 -
i thought that if you were a seller you would have to have a confirmed paypal account?
i might be wrong....work permit granted!0 -

I've contacted customer support ebay with my concern.......0 -
probably a 'spare' pp account.
she's most likely hoping to chrgeback you0 -
Ok....you can either refund her again and hope she gets the message....or you can keep hold of her money. She will eventually file a paypal dispute where you will be given the option to give buyer a total refund, which is what you will do and case is over....
But my opinion is....you werre wrong not to sell to her.....i agree you didn't have to reduce postage but regardless of how much of a pain she was, if she paid you should've posted to her....then blocked her and given her a neutral or neg...but she did pay so really only a neutral was due.Never put off until tomorrow what you can avoid doing altogether.:D0
