Just have to share my luck last night.

There was an incident which caused the roads around my local ASDA to be closed. Nobody could get in the car park, so they must have shopped elsewhere. I passed the reduced meat section and walked away with 7 packets of lamb chops down from £2.80 to 60p a packet. Also one huge happy pig joint down form £8 to £2. So big I have cut it in half to freeze. There was tons more but sadly my freezer is not big enough to take it.

It not vary often I catch them discounted so much. Just had to share it.

    Well done:T i love a good bargain me:D :D

    Evening all.
Well as crazychick said earlier, i have to bring ds1 to mini-meet tommorow due to school being closed again, a multi millions pound school only 2 years ago and it blows down at the first bit of a gale!!! Hes excited about coming along, hes never been to Medowhall, so he will go off to explore with crazychicks son whilst we chat.

Off out collecting things from freecycle in about a hours time with my friend, she didnt want to go on her own as she has never done the freecycle thing and is nervous about knocking on a strangers door, iv told her she will soon get the hang of it but will go and show her the ropes tonight.

So off to get a few jobs done then when i get back settle down and chill out.
    See some of you tommorow!

Managed to get back home eventually but the 190 miles from Cardiff to Warrington took less time than the last 4 miles thanks to those lorries having a little lie down and a snooze on the Thelwall Viaduct:mad: Ah well cest la vie

Just found out I have my little cannine friend tonight now thanks to the neighbours deciding he would get upset seeing them go tomorrow morning:rolleyes: :D  sounds like a bit of con to me but hey ho. Best have a swish as he is not supposed to have any food other than his own and a stray bit of onion or somat can make him have a fit:eek: no cooking for me for 2 weeks then:rotfl:

Looking forward to tomorrow and hoping for slightly better travel weather for everyone.

Hugs to all and see some of ya tomoz:T :j :j

Katy has just spent an hour on the phone trying to explain to her Aunt that house prices in UK preclude her from buying own house over here. She still applying for jobs & the last application I saw was to a very prestigious private school. She believes the kids will be better behaved in the private sector.
I survived my first lunch duty, got a bit of cheek from some of the kids & no doubt it will get worse, still, think of the money, lol.
Hubby went to work, but came home early, it was too windy to be up ladders, he'll try again tomorrow.
    Have a good evening.
    Hugs Hester
