The internet costs for me - they will eventually get this when more people go and buy the little dongle things for a tenner a month - most Hiltons are £15 per 24 hours:mad:
Also:
not having free water in the room when you pay over a £100 for a room
£4.00 room service tray charge when I order a tuna butty for a tenner:eek:
sheets instead of quilts
above said sheets tucked in so tight you cant move:rotfl:
hotel loyalty cards that get me a free quarter a bottle of red wine if I spend 10 grand a year - wup de woo:D
only 1-5 channels on the telly or maybe sky news if youre lucky
those awful hairdryers in the bathroom
not enough hangers
only giving you shampoo once in your stay even if youre there for the week
wimpy showers that involve significant running around to get wet in (not normally Hilton but defo the Angel in cardiff:rotfl: )
GOD I NEED TO CHANGE MY JOB:rotfl:
As a balance I love
pressing 0 and ordering my tea:D
having no cleaning to do
the executive lounges in the Hiltons:j
lots and lots of really nice hotel staff when you get to know them
massive beds
and lots more:T0 -

Moneysaving is different from being lazy and arrogant. It's the way they do it, clicking there fingers for something to be fetched to them which is no more than 6ft away.**BERTIE**Did you Know: It costs more than £325,000 a day to run the lifeboat service? I do not knowingly contribute to any `Charities` or as some folks call them `Good Causes`.
The more people contribute to these organisations the less HMG does (if any). It allows HMG to waste more tax payers money on dreadful things like MP`s expenses, quangoes, war and the like.
By not giving to Charities the Government might spend our money more wisely and fund the RNLI
Rant over.

I also wish the Government would fund the RNLI but for know lets keep them running while they decide what they are going to do.**BERTIE**Did you Know: It costs more than £325,000 a day to run the lifeboat service? (with no government funding) Please donate to the RNLI0 -
I hate bad lighting in bedrooms, the new generation of PremierInns have stark white lighting and stupid bedside lamps on flexible metal which is like reading using a torch!
I use the budget hotels most of the time and wrote to Premierinns about this but to no avail, so I will look elsewhere.
I have never used a minibar in my life, it doesn't exisit, I always make sure I visit a local supermarket first!Filiss0 -

Being I'm an american!! I take offence to that. Doesn't mean it's not true! Americans take offence at anything. Why not sue him?
If we are so bad...then don't holiday in the US! Why would anyone holiday in the US? I wouldn't dream of it. Queueing for hours to be insulted by some pompous oaf with a rifle is not my idea of a holiday. Problem is....there are loud yanks wherever you go! Brits find Americans annoying. Live with it!

What about the people who come in late, usually drunk, bang doors, shout to their friends outside your room? Or the one who gets up at 4.30am and makes enough noise to wake the dead !!!
I always carry earplugs now in my travel bag.0 -

Bah. Just stick a blockbuster membership card in there and leave it when you go out (or anything else really, just stick it in the slot, give it a try)
Doesn't need to be the key at all.
Keeps things nice and cool.0
