The really noisy expellair fan that lasts for about 20 mins when you nip to the loo in the night

Hotels were the extractor actually works as it should.

Try this little test for yourself.

Take a single piece of loo roll and hold it against the running extractor. I'm confident that in 99% of cases it will simply fall to the floor. Hotel bathroom extractors do not work.

Not enough towels and when you need to use the keycard to turn on and keep on the lights!
Minibar prices are a joke. I think I've used the Mini bar once or twice in my many yrs of traveling. If they lowered the prices a bit I think more people would buy from it.

On the other side some things I really like about hotels
My favourite budget priced hotel in Vegas has rooms bigger than most of the strip hotels standard rooms and a window that opens in the bathroom
Eating a huge breakfast that someone else has cooked (never bother at home)
Egyptian cotton sheets and really nice crisp duvets
    Newspaper delivered to your door
Never knowing who you might share a lift with (favourite celeb I've shared a lift with story with-held cos all my friends have heard it too many times before ;) )
And my absolute favourite thing about hotels..........Priceline :D

Then you open the bathroom door and the cloud of steam sets off the fire alarms !

You are such a charmer ... ;) ... However, fear not, cost will not silence me :p as I am never the one picking up the tab...... hence I object only as a matter of principle. ;)

My niggle, not just in hotels, is / are American people. They are sooo demanding. Can I have this, can I have that. Why don't they just get up off their big fat !!!*s and fetch what they want themselves. Annoying bleeders.
