Even better!! That's a bonus. Makes it a home with income potential.

Waterside properties are always worth more too.

On Wednesday I was really genuinely excited to bursting and I wanted to share it; I'm really grateful to everybody that congratulated me :D And I'm still really excited and I'm still really pleased!

It looks really nice! You should be pleased. And an AMAZING price too - I'm looking to buy somewhere in London next year and by comparison....well let's just say I'd kill (probably literally!!) to be living in a place like that.

I'm just me and I'm happy with my lot.
Well said. I think when you work a long time towards some important goal in life, and when you finally achieve it, the elation is not about possessing that 'thing' at all. It is more a case of, 'Brilliant, I've finally got there; now I can move to the next stage in my life.'

There are those who have never striven hard for anything, so they wouldn't know what the hell I'm talking about. If you find yourself in that camp, just consider this a load of old waffle!
  • Blimey, whats going on here. Why is it now acceptable on here for people to be hurtful and nasty? please put the claws away, its not nice, funny or big.
Doozergirl is lovely and certainly isnt gloating. I can remember how exciting it is when completion happens!

Good luck Doozergirl. Please ignore the few negative & horrid people, most of us here are pleased for you.
