Nah, he can't even read an address:
That'll be the playing fields less than 50 yards from your house on plovers rise

Anyone who can 'read' aerials can see Plover's Rise is all relatively new, apart from it being the wrong road.
  • I thought I'd crossed into an alternate universe. Last time I was in Kempsey it was the River Severn. Also the flood must have washed the whole railway away along with the bridge and viaduct before I visited.

"Good bit of research you've done there Doozer. I hope you can swim"

I love these sarcastic posts where the poster looks an even bigger prat than he hoped the OP would look.

There are many reasons why properties are in an auction.

1] If you buy at auction do you generally (before or after) get to find out why it's there?
2] Did you know why yours was in auction?

I know it doesn't matter if it's because of divorce, bankruptcy, death or just wanting rid, but personally I'd like to know for each house I was bidding on.

Is that why you thought it was funny when you showed a picture of flooding?

I think you might be cheaper than my solicitor - could you put me together a quote please?

I thought you didn't notice the dig......
Started thinking I was getting paranoid.

    your link states

Kempsey is a town in the Mid North Coast region of New South Wales, Australia in Kempsey Shire Council. It is located 15 kilometres inland from the coast of the Pacific Ocean where the Pacific Highway and the North Coast railway line cross the Macleay River. It is roughly 450 kilometres north of Sydney.

Australia is on the other side of the world:p
