Sorry, I'm just too excited but we just got an auction bargain, IMVHO, and I absolutely love it to bits! :j
Exchanged contracts obviously, because it was auction, and I'm just a bit excited because this baby has real potential, a beautiful view over to the Malvern Hills and it's in a super village! And it's already mint inside - that which has been converted from the original stalls.
Wanna see? The pictures don't do it justice at all because it's huge
but the floorplan is what got me interested originally.

Wow, it looks lovely! Congratulations!!
(and commiserations to the person whom it belonged to if it was someone who had it repossessed because they overstretched themselves financially...)Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
Slightly off topic but how do you go about finding all properties that are due to go into an auction in a given area?0

It's gorgeous!! What will you do to it -live in it as your home or develop it and sell it on?0

It looks the business.
I love houses with long, meandering drives. Makes you feel really secluded.
You'll need a horse for that stable, mind.0 -
Well done you.:j0
