Well done jtb2412 on such a good loss. :j Well done. And well done too to all losers and maintainers.
Well, dellybelly please put me down for a
1.25lb gain
(sorry the colours aren't working). Had 2 meals out and lots of cooking for visitors, so very lucky to get away with just that. But I am back on track now ....... hopefully.
Have a good day everyone.

Morning all. Well done to all the losers.
I am pleased (and relieved) to report a 2lb loss this week. (Not sure it is fully deserved but I'll take it). Means I have got rid of the full gain I 'banked' 2 weeks ago and I am now at my lowest. It also means that in the first 3 months of this year, I have effectively maintained (albeit with quite big variations) which is the longest I have ever remained around a similar (lowish) weight. Although I would like to lose a bit more, I would be happy enough at this weight/size.0 -
Sorry that things are not going well at the mo Beanielou. If we can help at all, do let us know.0

i've had a really rough few days, and not sure if i'll get to weigh in this week.
All I've managed to eat in 3 days is a bread roll and a bowl of rice. thankfully lucozade has become my new best friend!
Went to the chemist yesterday to get some more lucozade and dioralyte and almost passed out have worked out my blood sugar must have been way too low.
Will see if OH will take me to RC tonight just for a weigh in but he says if i'm no better then he won't, i'd expect a massive weight loss because of the lack of food etc but I know it's not a true loss so might bounce back up.Weight loss since 01/08/07 - 72 lbs:j0 -

A 1lb gain please Delly.
This is the second week running that I have gained. I just seem to have lost the enthusiasm for really monitoring what I eat. Advice, please, someone .... help. I'm away next week (south of france, in fact grannynise in Nice) so I wouldn't be trying very hard next week anyway. Maybe that's part of why I'm not tuned in now. But I'm scared that when I come back from the land of bread, cheese, wine and good olive oil I won't regain the oomph.0 -
Hi everyone,
Just a quickie today - I'm doing year end at work and its a pain.
I'm reporting a STS this week. I'm finding it really difficult to give the kids a bit of their easter eggs without picking at it myself. I also had 2 meals out which were unplanned. Yummy though, burritos from chiquitos.
Hope everyone is well. Well done to all the losers and there's always next week to the gainers.
Claire xThanks to all who post competitions!!0 -

I am not a maintainer so I don't know if this is my place ( ) but all I can say is that I have had big swings back and forth and you have to try to reign it in before it gets out of hand. Perhaps you can do a deal with yourself - be extremely good until you go away and then you can let yourself loose a bit whilst on holiday and then do a bails and trust yourself while you are away. You will regain the oomph, though, as long as you keep posting here. I find that when I got off the rails a bit, I don't even read this thread, and then when I am back on track, I am reading and posting. The thread is the key...Good luck.0 -
Morning All
Quick question, have weighed myself to find out the post HK gain? Should I post it? I ask as Missy did and if I recall she was horrified, maybe if I post my gain, it helps others?
Thanks
