Wendy - you mean Mollymop5 is my long lost cousin! I never thought I'd find so many relatives on this board. How are you? Back still ok? Your virtual GD still has a temp but at least her legs have stopped hurting. Still no word from the hospital and they are still not answering the phone so I'll have to call my GP tomorrow. Did you resist the biccies last night? I find those Special K biccy snacks very good. Don't have to have the whole pack and they are very nice (99 cals a pack).

Oh the joys of having hormonal teenage boys! Middle one is throwing a strop about doing his homework. Doesn't help either that he is also autistic and we can't get through to him the importance of school work. Tried everything! Told him fine if he doesn't want to do it he can explain to his teachers himself. He will calm down in a bit but it's soooo difficult. Gosh I must seem a right moaner!!!!!


I've seen mention of a recipe board. Without sounding too thick (ok a bit then), are all the recipes weight loss ones or are they general and you have to sift. It's just if it's general I will probably start salivating over a non weight loss one and give in. It has happened before - looked on a thread which happened to have a recipe for cookies and what can I say, it would have been rude not to try them.

Any of you Wii folk got a Wii Fit yet? I just popped to the shop and bought one and really want to be at home trying it out but I don't finish work until 7pm :cool:

Tagz, the recipes board is accessible from the first page of this thread. There are a load of low fat recipes as well as ones tailored to SW or WW

Ajax Thanks for that. Had a quick look - very nice! Will spend the rest of the day making shopping lists and meal plans. I'm in food heaven!:A
