LOL Sorry wendy, went to actually do some work :)

As I understand it, you always go back to the last message you saw. That's why when you post, the message you just typed is the one you return to (it's obvoiusly the last one you saw). If you click your back button a couple of times that should take you back to the part of the thread you were reading.

When you (or at least I) log onto the forum, you're shown the last message you read.

    I think :D x

Thanks for mentioning that recipe for sweet potato and chick pea tagine:j that is going on my menu plan for this week; I keep forgetting about that recipe thread and I've also found some other lovely ideas for pulses :T kpc you are brilliant :T ...

...Vix :rotfl: Only you could find anything menacing in that lovely panda :rotfl: He's got deep and meaningful soulful eyes and what can only be described as a cheeky yet shy and teasing grin, somewhat like Alphonse :o (he's my avatar for you newbies:D )...

...Ajax That was great about your lady golfer, certainly deserves your support. Rafa is throught to the Monte Carlo final today, but I'll wait before I put him as my avatar for a day, because the last time I did, he put in a dismal performance, so if that doesn't inspire him I don't know what will :D (he's playing someone called Federer  )...

...Have a lovely day folks, and thanks for explaining PCOS etc I had no idea about it, poor you who suffer with it but well done for tackling it :j ...

    xxxx
I wish that I could be the oldest AND wisest....sadly it's not the latter :p but my time will come _party_ wooooh hoooh! Beware!!!!!!!

...Monte Carlo is clay isn't it, IIRC? My money's on your boy!!

    Hello folks

BB how did you get on yesterday, looks like you were very lucky with the weather! Hope you had a wonderful time.

Good to see you're up and running on the new lappy KPC.

Mollymop, you sound very motivated already, I'm another Monday weigher so welcome to the Monday club! Please stick with us after the 2 weeks :)

Hi Beanie, it was a lovely day yesterday wasn't it? Unfortunately we have pouring rain here now, don't know if it's the same where you are.

Lilmissmup oh dear misbehaving scales  Maybe time to change the batteries?

Wendy, you're allowed a biscuit with your cuppa 2 hours before bedtime hon :) What about something like Rich Tea Fingers, they are only 25 cals each. You really are an early bird, I'm afraid I was sound asleep earlier and you'd already done half the day's work! :o

Hope the tennis result goes your way today Pet! Wonder what's gonna happen in the F1, might have to tune in later.

I am having a rest day today (hope you see this, Bails!) I'm expecting a 1150cals/day average for this week and I have exercised 6 days out of 7 (one was a very light workout, the others were proper ones). Unfortunately Aunt Flo has decided to visit today and that's pretty much cancelling it all out *cries* but if I don't see results tomorrow hopefully they'll show the week after.

Still it all starts again here so I am going to start logging my food and exercise again and coming clean on here about my measurements (another way of logging stuff - if I am losing inches if not weight then that is something!)
    Height - 5' 6.5"
    Weight - 303 pounds smiley-cry.gif
    Bust - 48.5" (wowzers!)
Waist - 42" (sheesh - used to be half this!)
Hips - 56.5" (smiley-surprised.gifsmiley-yell.gif - eeep!! this HAS to come down!)
    BMI - 48.2 (aaaaaaargh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

Dragon, we are here for you! Good luck, and from your pic you posted that time I am surprised at some of those stats as you don't look it! :) Brave you posting all those numbers up (you used to have a 21" waist?! I've just measured the biggest part of one thigh and it was 19" :rotfl: )

Thanks Ajax I can do something else instead now :p
