That panda looks really scary. You can see it in his mouth.

Why does PCOS make you put weight on?

One of the problems with PCOS is insulin intolerance and this in turn is what causes weight gain and makes losing weight difficult. Low GI diets are the best to follow for sufferers of PCOS as they are for diabetics.

So people with PCOS have to be careful with sugar then? How bizarre.

I cant get into my head how insulin and ovaries are connected. PCOS is the cysts on the ovaries isnt it?

hmmm bails, i'm thinking maybe butternut squash to pad it out a bit? Ajax might know with him being all veggie and that.

Just had the open asparagus ravioli from this months sw mag and it was LUSCIOUS. Bit faffy though - practically every stage of the recipe says 'set aside and keep warm'. If anyones got hte mag I really recommend it - but I've amended it and stuck it on the recipe thread to make it more user friendly. I have done loads of paperwork and cleaning today, and even more impressive . . . changed the tyre on my car. My neighbour spotted i had a flat so i just went for it. Felt all self sufficient and cool. OH will be very impressed when he hears.

vix, you remiond me of a friend of mine. She sent me a postcard from texas that was a museum display of shark teeth and on the back it said ' the only good shark is a dead shark'.
