Lose Weight 19

we all missed you suggs, more than we could possibly ever say! some interesting thoughts on how to maintain and be happy and all that stuff. Funnily enough, OH said somethng similar to me the other day. I was whinging (only a teeny bit I promise) about having gained weight and it not seeming to want to go anywhere. His response was had I considered just accepting the way I am? Which gave me a moments pause. Why can't we accept the way we are? Bails has a very good point indeed! Alas, because I know that I have managed to lose weight in the past and keep it off, I am not satisfied with staying the way I am, but overall feeling quite positive about the whole business. Decided to try some clothes on in Tesco this morning and came away with a size 14 skirt - the size 16 trousers were way too tight and the 18 trousers fell off. Is there no consistency even in the same blimmin shop?

has anyone seen what's on on saturday bbc1 at 1820. Delly, I'm talking to YOU!!!!!!!!!

Id watch asking that or more to the point anyone replying, SW got very tetchy with another forum I use for members giving the password to each other, it caused quite a few problems

i am recording a 3.25LB Loss this week. although ive been ill for the last 3 things with various things and have done no exercise i guess not eating properly and fighting off illness has taken its toll. not the way i wanted to lose weight relly but hey, its a loss i guess:rotfl:

Yes they were, but only on the waist, the velco wouldn't hold and I was trying to make them hang properly from the proper male waist still could hide my religon

Another week at STS - I suppose I was lucky to get away with that as we had a weekend away at Centerparcs and Saturday was an all you can eat buffet (and I did :beer: ).

Must knuckle down as at current weight 16St4 I am tantalisingly close to seeing 15:X which I can't remember ever seeing (ie I was in my 20s and didn't own any scales :rotfl: )
