I don't know how you maintainer stay at exactly the same weight all the time.

Sorry to read that you're still struggling efrieze not-tagged-smiley-14571.gif but very well done of you for not giving up, because it will come right for you :j . I don't think that any of us maintainers have stayed the same week in week out. The reason that you may think that I've remained exactly the same is because for quite a few weeks I didn't post any changes and the chart has continued to show the same for me since early January which, unfortunately, was my lightest weight this year. It was only a couple of weeks ago after I'd read one of your posts, that I started altering my sig to show any change in my total weight loss. I'm going to try and do a graph to show how I've fluctuated...

...:j Well done to all of you who have had losses :j ...

...:j Well done vix and bunter :j ...

    xxxx
I wish that I could be the oldest AND wisest....sadly it's not the latter :p but my time will come _party_ wooooh hoooh! Beware!!!!!!!
  • Good food munching happening here today with the exception of the biscuits....

I did however resist a kitkat so woo for me! and the rapid consumption of 2 jaffas and 2 caramel digestives means that I'm not allowed to make the excuses for avoiding the gym that I was making before my tea break... how's that for biscuit motivation!

quick look on Food focus and I have 290 of biccies but as everything else has been fruit/nut/healthy based and a slow gym visit gets rid of about 205 cals (providing I can get to the cross trainer...I hate it when all four are taken up by people doing half hour stints  ) so all in all it will be like I have eaten just one biscuit....

unfortunately there is no way to balance out last nights Indian takeaway...but it was tasty!

Still at school so chart will be late tonight. Sorry if you're waiting to see your name in lights.

    Lost 2lb this week

Have just been to see the consultant again for what we thought would be the final consultation for daughter's breast lump. He's now decided that it absolutely must come out because there is a 10% chance it COULD become malignant. Not the way he explained it two weeks ago. The three meetings with him so far, the x-rays and the needle biopsy have added up to about £1000 so the likely cost of removal would be gigantic, the surgeon, the anaesthetist, the theatre, the gold plated stitches (well I'm fantasising now) so I think it's back on to the NHS. :(

Really sorry to hear the latest on your daughter granny: very easy for me to warble on about stats, miniaml risk etc, but must be so different when it's someone so precious to you. I've had very very positive experiences with the NHS, both with myself and both parents (one with bladder cancer in the past). Hope you get seen soon.xx Well done for still shifting that excess bit of half term trough in. I think that has all gone now? An excellent pattern that you will ably follow for good. You know how to do it and it worked - you can have the life you want with excellent food treats and get rid of it. Onward and downward now towards your next stone.

Aw granny, not good news but it is better to get it out. Youre daughter must be quite young? I've seen many ladies who have had things taken out of their breasts and they are really sympathetic to the area, if you know what i mean. I know thats not your main concern but, you know.

Well done on the weight loss too.

granny as you know I have been seeing the NHS a lot lately and they have been impeccable to me, albeit a bit dragged out in time but other than that they gave me everything I could want from them and I do hope the same care is given to your daughter, I am sure it will be.;)

efrieze it is a huge task to maintain week in and out, I know I have tried but not managed it, I am not sure it can be done!! xx
