    A 2lb loss for me please Granny!!!! :j :j :j

Very pleased but have felt myself weakening again the past few days and must nip it in the bud early.

    Hi everyone.

Perfect10 and Anic. Well done from me too!! :j :j

Well I sts this week Granny thanks. I've been out for a meal this week and eating things I really shouldn't during the week.

But our computer has been playing up for about 3 days this week and had to have a quick look at your posts from work, but you know I really missed coming on here from home. I think when I am on here I am not in the kitchen seeing what there is to eat and knowing that other people have weeks when they struggle with food really helps me when I do too.

Good luck to everyone for their weigh ins.

Anyone doing spring cleaning this Easter? I can't wait to have everything clean and sparkling.

Beanielou - give em a cuddle! If i was anything to go by in my teens, i just wanted a bit of love and security most of the time.

Ive stayed the same this week. I nearly had a heart attack cos when i first popped on the scales it said 10 and a half stone, but then i moved it onto a solid floor and it was still 10.3 so happy days.

im off to do more college work so i will see you dudettes and dudes later.

Stick with it Beanie, they DO turn into human beings again at some point and some even become extremely nice people.

And in the mean time ..... symapthy to you and cuddles for you and the teen, Vix 's advice is good (and she's only just stopped being a teenager herself I reckon and look what a nice person she is).

0.5 gain for me please Grannynice

Great advice from the Vixmeister about your teen Beanie, that's what I'd have loved then too. If 'feeling the love' is too hard at the mo though, send 'em over here :D Half a pound is nothing in the month from hell, so go you x

BB, how you doing? I hope you are a little more able today. Never doubt that you contrubute a fantastic amount to life, however incapacitated you are xxx thanks so much for the map; I won't be there this weekend - OH is heading down on Tues and I might come down then or a couple of days later. Will be in touch.
Thankyou for your lovely words Marion, they mean a lot. And all the hugs and support and love on here, it makes such a difference :heartpuls
I'm just going with it for the next couple of days, then when OH goes away on Friday I'm going to look back over all your great advice and see what the next steps to take are. Your fantastic support keeps me sane and things in perspective, so thankyou again xxx

Well done to everyone this week, whatever the scales say, you're all fab! Have a wonderful Wednesday :D
