well done efrieze for being brave!
I got a 0.2kg gain this week granny
but on the whole it could have been worse. I failed in my target so off it comes. Was a bit bummed to realise that despite my new start in dec i'm actually heavier now than i was then. But not devastated so i suppose it's okay. Everything else in life is good so if something has to be a bit rubbish (karmic balance and all that) I'm glad it's the weight loss.0 -
BB: haha. Dunno bout that, dunno what id catch

Just a quick post as I'm at work, reporting a 1lb weight loss this week (sorry for some reason I can't do this in red).
The weekend was my stumbling block (it always is) but I'm pleased to have lost something!
Will catch-up on the posts when I'm off work tomorrow - good luck everyone, and well done if you've lost weight!0 -
well it seems last week didnt go according to plan, unfortunately i only managed to get to the gym once as i was ill but thankfully only recorded a 1lb gain. im guessing next week will be about the same as im still unwell although on the road to recovery.
i guess while the weight gain isnt good news, the fact that after 12 months unemployed i have finally managed to get myself a job! i got the confirmation in writing through the post this morning so i might try and have a couple of beers this evening to celebrate. hopefully weight loss wise things will be back to nromal soon.
carry on the good work everyone!

Pooh, that is grrrreat news. And you've not had to go hungry or feel guilty at eating?:)Bunter - 'enjoy' your last signing on. And enjoy you well deserved beers.Essex well done - as missyg would say - 1lb is a significant and worthy loss. kpc - your right, life is a balancing act with priorities and you know you have made progress by not being devistated and therefore eating more to compensate.I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -
