Totally forgot to post this morning but I have lost 1lb this week, quite happy with that , as I have recently discovered the wonders of toasted almond flakes and toasted sunflower seeds mmmmmmmm can't seem to stop eating them!!! But I am trying to weight out a small portion because although i'm sure they are better nutritionally than a packet of walkers french fries they are a 1/3rd more calories and fat  , on the good side your jaw aches after chewing them (must be using up kcals ???:D ) and they taste delish!

Well done to everyone this week, granny sorry to hear about your daughter, victory i'm glad your news was good! If I dont get a chance to post again then HAPPY EASTER EVERYONE :easter: :EasterBun :easter_ba
    Goal weight....lighter than when I started :D

Kymrob, SOTW again!!! I think this is the third time in four weeks. Can anyone suggest a suitable title for a person who keeps on and on and on .......?

Thank you for the large colourful results everyone, it's made it much easier for me.

One week to go in March --- any bets on who'll be SOTM?

Later Sorry Gpuk, you posted after I'd started, butI'll put your loss down for this week, it just won't show on this chart but the total will be right.
