Morning All
What a wonderful weekend! The rugby at Twickenham was great, nice to see England win, after the last few weeks I didnt know what to expect. I had a cornish pasty the size of a dinner plate and maybe the odd beer or 4 and a Chinese once I got home again. It was good to spend the day out with the OH and just enjoy ourselves, I forgot what it was like! Sunday morning the weather was horrid, so anyone going out to do the Sport Relief mile got my admiration, that includes you young Vix. Well done you!! The 12 lads from the rugby club that managed the run rasied over £1600 including my donation once cash counted it looks like over £2000. As a penance I went to the Gym last night a run 3 miles for the first time, managed it in 27min 44sec. I was well cuffed as I wasnt on the mood for the gym, even took a photo of screen when I finished (How sad was that!)
In the office all day today. Hopefully I can nip back and say hello later.

I think i might be milk intollerant. Theres something i keep eating that is giving me a constant dodgy tummy - rememeber when i still said about the trotts? since then. I used to get a dodgy tummy when i started eating frosties months ago- so its either wheat or milk im thinking. Hope its not anything, i love frosties and tea!!
I gotta have a hardcore college work today. Everytime i say that i dont! heh.

Have you tried a few of those friendly yoghurts to try and get yourself back to normal?0 -
Morning peeps:D the sun is out for a change, makes you so want to live abroad;)
Found some WW cook in sauces at Asda yesterday, korma, roasted garlic for spag bog, so got all of them and will try them , the points are on the jar.
No one wants a roast turkey easter sunday dinner so that suits me, will just eat as normal without the fuss.0 -
Hello to all the recent joiners ... you're in the right place for successful weight loss. The support here is better than any group I've ever attended, and it's available all day every day!
If you want to have your magnificent losses or your very tiny gains recorded on the weekly chart just make sure you've posted them before 6.00 p.m. on Wednesday. It is best to use colour and make the words and numbers big and bold. This helps the person collecting the information to see your results. It's me until the 27th March, then the job passes on to another willing volunteer.0 -
