hya kyle ,when I lost all my weight i only concentrated on one stone at a time or should i say getting to the next stone down I was 18st 10lb and would rather have cut my tongue out than admit how much I weighed so all I wanted to do was get into the 17s,then the 16s and so on when i got to 12st 7lb i would tell anybody who would listen how much I was,but now I'm 14st 8lb I've started fibbing if people are rude enough to ask.Ps.could never resist hm bread so just buy small loaf for oh
I know what you mean, I have never told anyone my weight till now. OH doesn't even know. My mini targets are similar, 1/2 stone, change of number, then Stone. It really helps to keep me focused.

I imagine Suggs and Ms aka Suggs became VERY exercised, jumping with joy at Twickers yesterday.

Welcome shelovestobuystuff and Wendyw1947 welcoehithernicetomeetyle0.gifI hope that today you aren't feeling so down today Wendy now that you've found us; and welcome back jay :j and kyle :j don't worry, we all have pit falls but it's recognising them and fighting them that matters:j . This really is a great thread for support and encouragement through the tough times :j so stay with us and ask anything you want...

...ampersand For that recipe, I'm not sure how complicated/easy/fancy you want, but here's something that I would do...Put a layer of raspberries in the base of a sponge flan case (shop bought or make it yourself), crush some more and add with a crushed meringue nest into a pot of fromage frais and stir lightly for a marbled effect. Spread it on top of the raspberries and top with chocolate curls or grated chocolate - the good stuff 70% cocoa solids stuff - you could even stir some of it into the fromage frais too if you wanted...This is hardly tres chic :rotfl: but can be made as fancy or simple as you want...

...When was losing this weight last year, I always liked a round figure (not mine :o ) to aim for be it in stones - whole or 1/2, or in lbs - had to end in 0 or 5 :o and it was surprising how soon the targets came and went :j ...

    xxxx
I wish that I could be the oldest AND wisest....sadly it's not the latter :p but my time will come _party_ wooooh hoooh! Beware!!!!!!!

Wendy, I happily look forward to raising yet another glass[;) of water?;) ]with you on 14 July, from that terroir/place though....distance will be no barrier.
    Everyone is invited.
Sorry Wendy, didn't answer your 'Why?' - I live there in my head when my body isn't.......

Also, Wendy, if it helps, my annual income is about the same as your challenge, so the spur to make this ill-spared monthly sum is significant. I eat well, often luxuriously, always healthily, usually frugally - shopping timed for likely Reductions chez Mr T.

    hi guys!

Ive completed the sport relief mile! Although it was longer than that for sure. Managed to get my bro to do it too so i wasnt a loner. It was lots of fun, got a bannana, a bottle of water, a carton of cranberry juice, a pen, and a book with stickers in. Result! heh.
My legs ache slightly now, did quite a bit of running for me! Wore my sports bra, which probably did more harm than good cos its too small, but there were some big boobed women there on a one way street to sagville!

Hope to have lost a bit of fat round the legs aswell.

Gotta watch the F1 at 3, excited!

    see ya later :)
