OH's dad has bought us a huge tin of roses for easter. Stupid thing is I'm not that keen on a lot of chocholate but I can't stop dipping my hand in for another. I find I am being 'punished' much quicker weight wise for such things than I was a month ago. I think my metabolision is getting back on an even keel and the last few months, because for a while it seemed I could be indulgent and it made no difference.:rolleyes:
No plans for the weekend, which is as well as I awoke today feeling like I'd been trampled by a herd of wilderbeest. Either it's the knock on effect of extra drugs every friday, or the huge clearout I have started of the attic. 3 bin bags of rubbish so far and two for charity shop. PLenty more to go. Some furniture to freecyle me thinks. Being ruthless. Made it to work again yesterday and was fine for 3 hrs :j . I really ought to rest today but am fighting impatience to get on with attic.

yes its true!!
you cant have a feast day during holy week so the vatican moved st patricks day to today!! its still bank holiday in ireland on mon tho. and the organisers of parades had to get special permission from the pope to have the parades either on sun or mon. me mum told me this on phone the other week.

Great thread.I will come here to post updates on my weight loss to keep myself motivated.
I am getting married Nov 2009 and have just ordered my dress.They only had one size left so I got it and now have to shrink 4 dress sizes in 20 months to fit into it.I think that will be about 5 stones,whats that in LBS?

Hi SLTBS,

This is a great support thread and will hopefully keep you on track whilst you lose your weight. Have you decided which diet you will do? You have 20 months before your wedding but I guess you'd like to lose it all for 3 months or so before the wedding? Might be worth combining some exercise such as swimming or aquaerobics to start with which will tone you too.
